Trade shows. Regional networking. Hosted client experiences. Different formats, same question: is this actually building the relationships we need or are we just showing up?
The M'n'E 5-Phase Framework comes directly from years of managing stakeholder expectations, budget conversations, and communicating post-event debriefs across internal departments and leadership to justify each event. This framework focuses on what actually works logistically rather than just in theory to ensure organizations get things right from the start.
She took that internal experience external in 2016 with Emenee Marketing 'n' Events, now a division of Michelle Nicole Enterprises, LLC. A decade later, the client base spans B2B organizations across STEM-driven and regulated industries — insured for on-site work and E&O compliant for the sectors that require it.
Michelle earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Penn State University in Recreation, Parks & Tourism Management with a concentration in Commercial Tourism, the study of why businesses invest in travel and face-to-face gatherings as instruments of commerce. The knowledge acquired during her time there now acts as the foundation for her business rationale for events.
